Do I need to sponsor candidates / issue a work Visa to hire in LatAm?

You don't. Candidates are not US-based and therefore don't need a visa/sponsorship to work.

How do I pay candidates?

When you're ready to make a hire, we'll connect you with one of our payroll partners. They can help you pay your international employees with ease.

What does zero-risk hiring mean?

If you don't make a hire, you don't pay anything. We don't charge upfront fees and we make pricing is fully transparent once we have your role requirements.

How does your pricing work?

We charge a flat fee per hire that can be paid as a monthly fee or a one-time success fee. We occasionally charge a % of the candidate's salary if the role is very niche or is in Software Engineering.
