Do I need to sponsor candidates / issue a work Visa to hire in LatAm?

You don't. Candidates are not US-based and therefore don't need a visa/sponsorship to work.

What roles can I hire for?

We specialize in the following categories: Finance & Accounting, Customer Support & VAs, and Sales & Marketing. We can quickly fill any role that falls into one of those buckets. We fill Software Engineer roles with a standard recruiting model.

How do I pay candidates?

What does zero-risk hiring mean?

If you don't make a hire, you don't pay anything. We don't charge upfront fees and we make pricing is fully transparent once we have your role requirements.

How does your pricing work?
